Francesca Gotti graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and completed her legal traineeship at law firms in Bergamo and Milan, gaining solid experience in commercial law and various areas of private law.

In January 2026, she joined Tracanna & Partners as a trainee lawyer and subsequently qualified to practise law in June 2026.

At the Firm, she provides both contentious and non-contentious legal assistance to individuals and businesses, supporting clients in addressing a wide range of legal matters and identifying the most effective solutions.

Throughout her professional experience, she has developed particular expertise in debt recovery, assisting clients throughout the various stages of enforcement proceedings and identifying the most effective strategies to protect their interests, with a particular focus on successful recovery and maximising results. She has also developed significant experience in commercial law, providing day-to-day assistance to corporate clients in relation to contractual matters, pre-litigation matters and commercial disputes.
