After graduating from the University of Milan, Filippo Tracanna completed his legal traineeship and subsequently joined SGHS Law Firm, a boutique law firm based in Bergamo.

‍There, he gained significant experience in commercial law, corporate law, employment law and data protection, developing a strong understanding of how to provide businesses with day-to-day legal assistance and support them across the wide range of legal matters arising from their operations.

From 2022 to 2026, he also served as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Politecnico delle Arti di Bergamo, further strengthening his expertise in data protection and compliance.

In 2025, he began his independent legal practice and, in January 2026, founded Tracanna & Partners, with the aim of building a multidisciplinary firm with a strong focus on providing legal assistance to businesses.

The firm was founded with a clear objective: to combine legal expertise and responsiveness with the practical use of new technologies, providing modern, efficient and results-oriented legal support.
