Federica Mologni graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2015 and qualified as a lawyer in 2018.

Since 2018, she has been practising law, gaining significant experience in family law and criminal law, including juvenile criminal law. In the field of family law, she has further developed her expertise through specialist training courses, which have also enabled her to take on appointments as a special guardian for minors.

She has also gained experience in real estate enforcement proceedings, acting as a court-appointed custodian and as a professional delegated to conduct property sale proceedings before the Court of Bergamo.

Her practice is founded on expertise, professionalism and close attention to each client’s individual needs, combining a rigorous legal approach with the sensitivity required to handle even the most complex situations.
